How to determine your house direction
To accurately find your house direction, stand inside your house looking out through the main front door. Use a compass or a compass app on your phone. The direction the main door faces is your house direction. It is not necessarily the direction the street faces or the balcony faces.
The Eight Mansions (Ba Zhai) Method
The Eight Mansions (Ba Zhai) is one of the most ancient and popular Feng Shui systems. It divides people into two groups based on their birth year and gender:
