Today is the ... day of the ... month of the ... year.
On the occasion of the New Moon (or Full Moon), I have sincerely prepared offerings, incense, flowers, tea, and fruits to offer before the ancestral altar.

I respectfully invite all Deities governing this area, along with our paternal and maternal ancestors, to descend before the altar, enjoy the offerings, and witness my sincerity.

Please protect us and our entire family, grant us health, peace, smooth work, good luck, and all things auspicious.

We offer these simple gifts with a sincere heart, bowing before the altar and seeking your divine protection and grace.
